Where the list stands today
Outreach lanes
Every qualified person sits in one of four outreach lanes — the angle your team leads with. Direct Buyers own an internal function (the economic buyer); Referrals are senior asks; Operators are hands-on; AI Champions lead internal adoption.
Company fit strength
Qualified accounts are graded strong or plausible on ICP fit. There is no "weak" band — weak firms never entered the account universe.
Lead confidence
How sure the scoring engine was about each person, based on the strength and agreement of the evidence in their profile.
Who they are
Function leaders lead an internal function (Head of / CxO of a team) — these are the buyers. Company leaders are firm-top (CEO/MD/Founder) and are used for referrals, not pitched. Operators are hands-on. "Function leader" does not mean company owner.
Internal vs external
The core of the rubric: people who own their firm's internal knowledge/AI, not client-facing sellers.
Depth vs breadth
Contacts per covered firm — where you have one contact vs a cluster.
Outreach so far
How many of these have already been touched via email or LinkedIn.

From raw universe to qualified list — the funnel
Every enriched profile was read; only genuinely-qualified internal decision-makers were kept. This is a quality filter, not a headcount cut.
The Refresh — what this rebuild uncovered
The list was re-read end-to-end against a stricter, evidence-based rubric. Here is what changed, and why it is an upgrade.
Net-new vs retained
The rebuild surfaced genuinely-new internal owners and confirmed the strongest originals.
Net-new by origin
Undercover owners hiding in the original set, plus the fresh expansion firms.
Outreach history & performance
Campaigns run to date across email (Instantly) and LinkedIn (HeyReach). Reply rates are early — most sequences are still live.
Coverage & world map
How much of your qualified-account universe now has at least one real decision-maker — and where those firms sit.
Accounts by country
Shaded by number of qualified accounts. Hover any country to highlight it and see its firms.

Covered vs still open
Open firms are on the Coverage Gaps page — where you may want to dig manually.
Company directory
Every qualified account. Open a firm for its description, fit and the decision-makers we found — each linking to LinkedIn and a copyable email where available.

Lead explorer
Every qualified person, with the evidence for why they qualify and their current outreach status. Filter, open a lead, tick people into a basket, and download your own campaign list.

Coverage gaps — firms with no lead yet
Qualified accounts where the search found no qualifying internal decision-maker. Worth a manual look — a good title may exist that isn't publicly visible.
These firms passed account qualification but returned nobody who met the person-level bar (right seniority + genuine internal remit). That is expected for a strict decision-maker filter. Use this list to decide where to dig by hand.

How this was built
The full journey from a blank slate to this qualified list — the logic at each stage, kept deliberately high-level on the underlying tooling.
This is the process, not the recipe. The specific tools, data sources and model configuration behind each stage are Acumen's own method and are intentionally not detailed here.
How to use these files
Taking this list live — email and LinkedIn — plus getting phone numbers yourself.
1 · Build a campaign list
On the Lead Explorer, filter to the people you want (e.g. Direct Buyers, UK, never contacted), then Download view — or tick individuals into the basket and download just those.
2 · Email — upload & map
Upload the CSV to your email sequencer, map the columns (first name, company, email, LinkedIn), and drop in approved copy. Suggested cadence is in the SOP pack on Downloads.
3 · LinkedIn — HeyReach
Upload the same list (LinkedIn URL column) to HeyReach for connection + message steps. Keep to a sensible daily limit per seat.
4 · Phone numbers (do this yourself)
Phones bill per lookup, so they are your call: download the leads you want to dial, upload to FullEnrich to append numbers, then work the list.
5 · The Loom send
The Loom walkthrough approach (recording + embedding in email) is in the SOP pack.
Downloads
The core lists, generated live from the data in this dashboard so they always match what you see.
The SOP pack (sequencer setup, Loom send, FullEnrich phones) and the full verified-email set slot straight in without changing this page.
